Booking Policy

1. Choose a puja.
2. Enter your name and phone number.
3. WhatsApp opens with your message already written.
4. Press Send. The temple will reply to you.

Booking is free.

The website only prepares the message and keeps a record of your request so the temple can reply.

The temple confirms the date and details by replying to you on WhatsApp or by phone. Please wait for that reply before you plan your visit.

We cannot say how soon the temple will reply. If you have not heard back, message again or call.

• Amavasya and Hunnime (full moon) sevas follow the lunar calendar.
• Sarpa Samskara (twice a month) and Swayamvara Parvati Homa (once a month): the temple announces the dates.
• Sudarshana Homa is at 6:00 PM on Amavasya.
• Daily pujas, including Navavarana Puja for Meru Sri Chakra, happen every day.

The date you ask for is a preference. The temple decides the date and tells you.

Whether a request for the same day can be accepted is for the temple to say. Please call the temple.

Required: your name, your phone number and the number of devotees.

Optional: preferred date, gotra, nakshatra and rashi. The priest uses these for the sankalpa.

Wrong or missing details can delay the sankalpa. If you are not sure, tell the temple when it replies.

You can book for family members. Tick “booking on behalf of someone” and give their details where asked.

A person under 18 should be booked by a parent or guardian.

Whether a puja can be done for a person who is not present depends on the puja. The temple will tell you.

Offerings (dakshina) are not set on the website. The temple will tell you directly.

If anyone asks you for payment through this website, do not pay. Please tell the temple on +91 93421 83392.

If you need to change or cancel, tell the temple as early as you can, by WhatsApp or phone (+91 93421 83392). The temple will advise you.

The temple may also need to change a date, for example for a festival or an event. It will tell you.

• WhatsApp did not open: press the “Open WhatsApp” button, or copy the message and send it yourself.
• Or call the temple on +91 93421 83392.
• Our server is slow or down: this does not stop your WhatsApp message from reaching the temple once you press Send.
• No reply: message again, or call.
